 Do I need to be a competitive athlete?
Not at all. The work is for any woman who moves her body and wants to feel better doing it - whether you're training for competition or simply trying to feel strong and consistent in daily life.
 
What's the difference between the course and the mentorship?
The course gives you the complete framework at your own pace. The mentorship applies that framework specifically to you, with me alongside every step. The 6-month mentorship also includes full access to the course.
 
Where do I start if I'm not sure which option is right?
A Strategy Session is the perfect first step - it gives you clarity on where you are and what you need. The €200 can also be credited toward the mentorship if you decide to continue.
 
What if my cycle is irregular or I'm on hormonal contraception?
The framework still applies. You'll learn to read your body's signals regardless of cycle regularity, and the program includes guidance specifically for women on contraception.
 
Is the mentorship available immediately?
